Check out this (COMING SOON) picture of a Roper Wallet back with a pattern by Jim Linnell carved on it! A master leather-crafter, Jim has been carving leather for many years, and he truly is an artist! The best I can hope for is for my carving to look similar to his original.

Unfortunately, the IILG has currently decided to remove the Leather Know- ledge Base from
their main webpage, thereby prohibiting non-members of the IILG from accessing this valuable leathercraft resource. However, not everyone wants to make beginners pay them for their knowledge. The Leatherworker Forum encourages freely sharing information, teaching techniques, and enjoying leathercraft in general. In my opinion, Leather- worker.net is by far the top leatherwork website on the internet!
